However...I would appreciate the same recognition if I vote for someone simply because they are white...preferably with a Scotch-Irish, protestant background. That way I know he is more likely to have my interests in mind.
America is a consolidated group of nations...held together by the force of a state...and we fight like dogs and cats over who will take the reigns every election year. No amount of arbitrary re-definition of terms (terms like nation, or race, or family) will change that.
