"Christians" divorcing

Postby RustyCarr » Tue Oct 20, 2009 9:49 am

Maintaining families with love and wisdom CREATES a civilized society. Love and wisdom creates a civilized society. Love and wisdom makes individuals worthy of love and wisdom. It is sin and folly that destroys families! It is injustice and oppression that creates a divided society in conflict! It is the duty of the Christian to educate their offspring in the Truth about love and wisdom. The majority of the last three generations do not know how to love with God’s wisdom. They have not been taught and most have not had fathers to teach them. The fathers have been absent, or not equipped to "train them up in the love and wisdom of the Lord" while government schools undermine their efforts.

Contrary to government policy, the family is the safety net. The government is not the safety net, but America has forsaken love and wisdom, and America has destroyed families….

I have a grievance. I took a stand, but the government gave my at-fault ex free rent and then garnished my wages. I HAD MY SONS AND MY INCOME STOLEN FROM ME BECAUSE THEIR MOTHER THOUGHT THE GRASS WAS GREENER ON TOP A BAR STOOL. The government "solution" to "fix" divorces is to give financial support to adultery, kidnapping, and irresponsibility. I was not allowed to protect and educate my sons in the love and wisdom of God.

20 years of patiently trying to reach my "Christian" family and other "Christians" in churches, THEY HAVE BECOME MY ENEMY. They did not support my stand, they do not speak against government injustice and government support of the destruction of families, and some accuse me of being deluded and demonic.

I tried to set an example of a Christian standing against injustice, debauchery, and the irresponsible choices of their mother. I stood alone, hoping to turn the lights on. What is easier to agree with than a father's love for his sons and his desire to train them up in the love and wisdom of God?

Fix the nation by equipping fathers and mothers who will train their children to be wise loving fathers and mothers. When they become judges and public servants in government, they will know how to protect the innocent AND NOT ENABLE AND REWARD THE IRRESPONSIBLE, THE DEPRAVED, AND THE SELFISH. America has turned justice and love upside down by rewarding the guilty and punishing the innocent. God is not happy.

The Truth is God’s sword. It cuts to the heart and convicts us of guilt. GET RID OF FLUFFY FOG FEEL-GOOD THEOLOGY.

Protect your children from government schools, and keep them away from godless peer pressure and filthy entertainment. Then we will fix the nation and raise wholesome families, and love trustworthy neighbors.

Love God first and He will teach you how to love family, friends, and neighbors. He will teach you how to stand and be salt and light in a nation run amok.

I am sorry about what you have been through. I have family dealing with the same thing. Fathers have almost no rights unless the wife is completely nuts. I support Fathers Rights laws that make 50/50% joint physical custody the default ruling unless there is a showing of physical danger or sheer incompetence to parent by one of the parents. This would 1) Allow fathers to continue their vital role in their childrens' lives 2) Reduce the litigation over custody which expends millions of dollars a year in long and unending disputes. 3) Encourage spouses to work together for the kids' benefit whether they remain married or not.

Obviously parents who would rather check out could forfeit their 50% custody time.

Divorce is a great tragedy and I wish it could be avoided, but sadly that is not always possible.

Thanks for your concern. With your family member going through a similar thing, I know that you are really concerned about the pain divorces causes everyone.

But I use my experience with the system as a lead up to identifying the problem and proposing a solution. Solution first: We have got to train up men and women who know HOW to love according to God's Truth. I wasn't trained in the Truth properly and neither was my ex. And this leads us to Exodus 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; 6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

The bold in the Bible verse above means that sinful (iniquitous)fathers will naturally raise up sinful children. Also, ignorant fathers will raise up ignorant children. A lying father will likely have offspring who are liars, likewise for drunken fathers.... Now let's put in "churches" in place of "fathers." visiting the iniquity of the churches upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

There! I have identified the problem. Churches have not been raising up men of God, and any attempt to do so is undermined by government schools and decadent society as a whole. We need a serious revival, but the churches in my area can't see themselves. They don't know that they need to do 2Chron. 7:14. They may have an inkling, but no one has the courage to lead, and perhaps no one has the ability to teach us (our churches) out of the mess we are in.

For the heart of this people has grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing and their eyes have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their heart and turn, so that I should heal them.” Matt. 13:14-15

America's churches have grown dull. They have not the will to love virtue, wisdom, and justice, therefore how can we love our spouses and neighbors with virtue, wisdom, and justice? Without the will to love God, men lack the courage to stand against evil. "All it takes for evil to prevail is for Christians to do nothing..."
