American Vision launches blog! For the past three years, American Vision has posted a new article every weekday. Almost every article we post to our site gets tremendous feedback. The problem is our readers almost never get to see what others have to say about it (good and bad). In an effort to keep up with the Web 2.0 generation (I know…we’re a couple of years behind), American Vision will launch our first blog next week in hopes of bringing even more attention to some of the most critical issues facing our nation today. For example, on Thursday afternoon, we received this interesting email from an angry satanic woman. (I’m not sure if there are any other kinds of satanic women out there!)
If the blog had been in place this week, our readers would have been able to interact directly with “Lady Vamp” and her intriguing religious views. As a ministry, we are given opportunities to touch the lives of people from all types of backgrounds. Now, our readers will also be able to share in this experience. Even though “Lady Vamp” was antagonistic and probably not willing to consider our points, she was exposed to the Truth nonetheless. I hope you will join us on Monday, February 11. I also encourage you to post your comments and give us some feedback. We would like to know not only what you think, but what other people think about your opinions as well. God has given us a tremendous outreach. We are putting thousands of life-changing resources into homes and churches each week. Our “money-making scam”—as Lady Vamp put it—is our primary way of bringing about reformation in our homes, churches and society by providing the best resources available today. We believe that the internet is a great tool and pathway for reaching more and more people with these resources and training materials. And we pray that the American Vision blog will help us to accomplish this goal. We’ll look for you on Monday....Jared Vallorani is the Director of Outreach & Advancement for American Vision.
