Save on shipping costs by visiting us in Powder Springs, Georgia. Warehouse hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST, Tuesday - Thursday. The warehouse is not available to the public Friday - Monday.

For all other order related inquiries, please follow the instructions for Customer Service. Please have order and payment information completely ready and available prior to calling to allow us to promptly place your order. Current staff limitations allow for one person to answer all calls, so please be patient if you should be unable to reach customer service when they are on the other line with another caller. You can conveniently order online 24/7 or try calling back at a later time. Please treat our staff with the same courtesy and respect they will show you. The use of profanity or abusive and accusatory language will not be tolerated.

American Vision is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, and donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. In the event that you receive resources in exchange for your donation, the IRS permits you to deduct the amount given to American Vision that extends beyond the value of the materials received. To assist in determining the value of materials received in exchange for your gift, American Vision provides a donation receipt for gifts over the amount of $25 via regular mail within 4-8 weeks of donation receipt.

Mail Orders
Our online checkout system allows for payment type to be credit/debit card or check/money order, and we also offer GoogleCheckout and Paypal options. You may also click for a mail order form. To ensure items you wish to order are available at current pricing, we recommend utilizing the online checkout system to ensure your order is held for check payment. Money Orders are accepted but not recommended unless sent with insurance and/or tracking capabilities.
