Current staff limitations allow for one person to answer all calls, so please be patient if you should be unable to reach customer service when they are on the other line with another caller. You can conveniently order online 24/7 or try calling back at a later time. Please treat our staff with the same courtesy and respect they will show you. American Vision is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization, and donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. In the event that you receive resources in exchange for your donation, the IRS permits you to deduct the amount given to American Vision that extends beyond the value of the materials received. To assist in determining the value of materials received in exchange for your gift, American Vision provides a donation receipt for gifts over the amount of $25 via regular mail within 4-8 weeks of donation receipt.
